An up-and-down reliever who has shuttled between Triple-A Lehigh Valley and the Phillies bullpen throughout 2026, Rangel works with a deep mix, a sinker, four-seamer, sweeper, curveball, cutter and changeup, with his fastball sitting 92-95 mph and touching 96. His low-80s changeup is his best secondary, generating whiffs and above-average grades. After working with pitching coaches to trust his stuff more, he has posted career-high strikeout rates (30%-plus) at both High-A and Double-A along the way.
