Electric right-hander with a plus-plus fastball and a slider that can miss bats, but his command and changeup remain inconsistent. After Tommy John surgery, his ability to repeat his delivery and handle a starter workload will determine his role. The raw stuff gives him late-inning relief upside even if starting does not work out.
